Return Policy for Digital Products

Effective Date: May 25, 2026

In accordance with Article 26.1 of the Russian Federation Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” and the specific nature of digital products:

A digital product (3D model) of satisfactory quality is not subject to return after access to the download file has been provided, as it is a product manufactured to individual order and possessing individually defined properties.

A return or replacement is possible only if there is a significant technical defect in the file, confirmed by the Seller within 7 days of purchase.
