Public Offer for the Sale of Digital Goods

Effective Date: May 25, 2026

1. General Provisions
1.1. This document constitutes a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Anzhela Alekseevna Zhilyakova (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) in accordance with Articles 435 and 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1.2. Acceptance of the offer is effected by placing an order and paying for it on the website https://blakavra.com

2. Subject of the Offer
The Seller transfers a digital product (a 3D model in electronic form) to the Buyer, and the Buyer pays for it.

3. Procedure for Concluding the Contract
The contract is considered concluded upon full payment of the order.

4. Delivery of the Product
Access to the file is provided within 24 hours after payment via a download link.

5. Intellectual Property
All 3D models are subject to the Seller’s copyright (Part 4 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). Rights of use are governed by a license agreement.

6. Price and Payment
Prices are listed on the product pages. Payment is made through payment gateways with an online receipt issued.

7. Liability
The Seller is not liable for the print quality or the end use of physical products.
