1. General Provisions
This Policy has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” (as amended in 2025–2026).

2. Consent to Processing
Consent must be specific, informed, and voluntary (Art. 9 of Law No. 152-FZ). The user provides consent through an explicit action (checkbox) when placing an order. General consent “to all terms and conditions” is not permitted.

3. Data Set
Full name, email, phone number, IP address, device data, cookies, payment data.

4. Purposes of Processing
- Performance of the sales contract
- Provision of access to 3D models
- Compliance with the requirements of Russian legislation

5. Data Subject Rights
The user has the right to withdraw consent, request access to, clarification of, or deletion of their data.

6. Data Transfer
Data may be transferred to payment systems and analytics services (in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).
