License Agreement for the Use of 3D Models

Effective Date: May 25, 2026

1. General Provisions
This Agreement is an integral part of the Public Offer.

2. Types of Licenses

2.1. Standard License (Personal Use)
Permitted: Use of the model solely for personal, non-commercial purposes (printing for personal use, hobbies, education).
Prohibited: Any commercial use, resale of the file, or making it publicly available.

2.2. Commercial License
Permitted: Manufacturing and selling physical products under your own brand.
Prohibited: resale or distribution of the digital file, creation and sale of competing 3D models based on this model, removal of copyright notices.

3. General Terms for All Licenses
- The license is non-exclusive, perpetual, and valid worldwide.
- Copyright to the model remains with the Seller.
- It is prohibited to circumvent the technical protection of the files.

4. License Violation
Violation entails liability under Article 1301 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (compensation ranging from 10,000 to 5,000,000 rubles for each instance of violation).
